Yeah, I grew up on and love Eagle mountain lake, but I sure am starting like Grapevine. I have only been skunked once on that lake, but some one on the boat always gets a fish.

Both are great lakes CD. Typically, if one is hot the other is not. Learn them both and you'll almost always have a lake that you can go catch on. I'd stick with GV for a couple more weeks

Usually the boat is stored a EM, Karl. I moved it to the house though for GV. If I were you I would hit it soon. Seems to be really hot right now. We are going again on thursday after work. I ll post a report on how we do out there. Thanks to the new boat , I have been catching alot of fish out on GV. I guess you could say Im in love with GV right now. Its been alot of fun.

I went last night for cats and was catching sandies under the lights outside lakeview in the cast net every throw. They were busting the surface also. LIL rattle trap or small white crank will get em. The crappie are in there too

Have been seeing them around lighted docks at night when catching bait but where are they during the day?????
I have not been able to find them on the humps. Last year when the water got in the 60's they went to the humps so it should be getting close. 71 saturday.

Hey 2fish4everything,
Is Lakeview on the azle side? Not 2fishforeverything, but it is on the east side of the lake on the north end of the lake. If your at west bay and look to the north east you should see it.

I live off of White Settelment Road West of FW. What is the best and least expensive ramp for me to use. Love the lake just don't want to pay $20.00 bucks to launch.
It easy for me to get to any part of the lake from were I live.

Randy join the ft worth anglers club it has security and has one of the best ramps and not expensive
