I knew Howell for about 17 years. Met him at a bar. (Borrowed Money go figure) Had several Lake parties out at Possum Kindom. Him playing the guitar and singing were some of the most memorable moments.

God Bless my friend!

Howell was one of my best friends. A man who I spent 5 years grateful to know.

In my life now I am a podcaster, that means I do a daily show sort of like talk radio but it is on the internet.

Well when a writer experiences a loss he writes

When a singer has a loss he might dedicate a song

An artist may draw or sculpt

I have none of those talents, what I can do is talk, I can tell stories and I can teach. So today's show is a tribute to my friend and brother Howell. We all do what we can, this was what I could do...

David,

I noticed that you and Carl are planning to remember Howell during a trip to the humps and Oasis. I would also like to attend. If you can let me know when, I will do my best to be there in the old Cajun. Ken
