OP Big Red 12 TFF Guru Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 45,723 Emory, TX	My oldest son that fishes tournaments with me is headed in for surgery today. He hurt his hand sometime back and it never got well. Thought it was a sprain. He finally went in and they did a MRI and then sent him to a hand specialist. There are 3 bones in your body that don't heal well because of blood flow is low there. Well, this was one of them. They are putting screws in it today. They say the healing period is 3-6 months. His Fire Dept. has said they will put him on Light Duty when his sick time runs out. A God send. He is upset that he may not get to fish tournaments next year because of it.
