I have a customer that wants to split a trip with someone. This will be a combo learning and catching trip for blues. If interested PM me or call me so we can get a trip scheduled. Right now, the 7th looks promising.

I would ike to get in on this, but that is opening weekend of dear season....
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way you are a mile away, AND you have their shoes.

The lake is up for debate right now. Might be Aquilla or some other lake that I am not super familiar with. On this trip I want to show folks how I break down the water. I would like to show folks what to look for, how to use the electronics to find likely water, how and when to move to next area, and so forth. The reason I would prefer to do this on a lake I am unfamiliar with is because I get caught up in the catching fish on the lakes I know. Limestone, Whitney and Waco are larger lakes. I break them down and work one area as hard as I have to to catch fish. On a regular trip we will probably only fish a handful of spots. Some of the movements might be as little as 100 yards. On a lake that I do not have memorized, I will actually have to work to get on the fish (most of the time.) This is much more of an opportunity to learn the "Why's and How's" of what I know and do. Plus I have seen some recent photos of big fish that were caught out of smaller lakes that I do not frequent. Aquilla (blues), Navarro Mills (blues), and believe it or not Trading House (channels & flatheads).
Trapper Ben has shown interest in this trip.
