Sure will miss HD. He was always smiling and upbeat everytime I visited with him. I enjoyed all the fishing stories we have shared. You were a class act, my thoughts and prayers are with all your family.

I am both shocked and deeply saddened. I first met Hal when he was trying to set up his guide business. We fished together and I kind of "mentored" him on the complexity of Joe Pool and the guide business in general. While I never did guide, it was a one time ambition of mine and I had put a lot of research in on the topic. We became friends(how could you not like the guy) and he became a great fisherman and even better guide. He had a knack for customer service, and ran his guide business that way---offering 2/ 1/2 hour mini trips for father/son after school and the like.

He will be missed. Way to young to leave this life.

Wayne

I loved Hal very much. He was a good friend that only wanted the best for the people he cared about.

To me the world just got a little dimmer and heaven got a little brighter.

My thoughts, prayers and condolences go out to everyone who loved Hal and called him friend.
