I have read several reports this week of guys all over the centeral part of the state catching fish very shallow. I'd ride that horse till she quit. Would be trying topwaters early till no action then switch to shallow cranks, swimbaits and spinnerbaits in patterns to match the baitfish. For me Fork has always been a very good spinnerbait and fluke lake. Would have several varients of weightless setups ready on the deck at all times. Sounds like fun and wish I was out there with you.
