Way to get after them JD. I hit Tawakoni up today and did pretty well. Caught 12 crappies and my limit of 3-5lb catfish. Lost 5 crappies at the boat. I need to leave my ultralight equipment at home. Those cats gave them a real workout. Also if anyone sees a yellow rope attached to a anchor it's mine. I untied her but forgot to pull her in. She is some where near the west end of the two mile bridge.

That is a nice mess. I am going to have to stop fishing for striper and start fishing for crappie on Tawakoni. You have caugh more keeper striper on your crappie trip than I have in my last 2 striper trips.... Good Job!!

I was thinking it was a hybrid but now looking at the picture those bottom lines are straight enough to be a striper.

Good job JD, I sure would like to know where to get some of those crappie at Twok. I can't seem to find any until Jan thru April. Would trade you some winter catfish trips for some insight. I am usually at Rabbit cove every weekend, think I may give the crappie a try this weekend, feel free to give me a shout if you see me.

This is my boat, I'm not in the boat though, this is my son & a friend
