I was night fishing the other evening and went to make a long cast and the lure got stuck on something (lowrance cable?)I went to throw that dudeand my thumb ewas on the button/spool and it went nowhere and bent my thumb back so hard I thought I broke it. Been sore for quite a while now. Tough to explain to your friends that you hurt yourself bass fishing. Oh well. Waiting for it to heal a little more so I can get back out there.......
Luckily we were sticking them that night so it did not hurt too bad till the next day:)

I had a Mann's minus -1 one in my earlobe. I cut the hooks off the bait and kept fishing. My Grandfather tried all the tricks with his shakey hands and made it worse. Once my ear was very swollen we went to the hospital and the doc tried all the tricks but my earlobe was too soft. The hook had to be cut out. I went back fishing after

Using a spinning rod, set the hook so many times that it bruised between my fingers. Sensitive area there, or maybe i'm just a wuss.
