 anyone have bad news on a 2005 250 xs?

looking to buy a 2005 boat and its got a 250 xs on it. anybody had any trouble outa theirs? i just sold my 06 225 opti and wandering if the xs was bad news

have the 300 xs no problems, the 250's are great motors they did have aarly prob with blowing power heads but merc supposed to have it fixed now and he updates performed on most motors

thanks for the input, this motor has 20 hours on a rebuild. suppose to be a solid motor so wanting to get some ideas from other guys. my 06 225 had 820 hours on it and i never had a problem so hoping this one has that much life left in it!
