Has anyone catfished Sam Rayburn lately. I'm thinking about taking my boys this weekend and running some juglines.

I have been wanting to try some jugline fishing. How do you do it?

Where are you planning on putting in? I fish big sam a bit. We have been doing good on blues near Shirley Creek. Catching them in about 4 to 6 feet of water.

I had it on my mind to camp at Hanks creek and work the coves coming off the creeks north of there up to Carter's Farm Field. I'm not real familiar with that part of the lake and I'm a little worried about submerged tree tops running at night with the lake being up.
