Now you can win tourneys fishing off your own dock! Life just got easier! thumb fish

I like the way they enclosed the ceiling and hid the
boat lift.
How much water is under the boat ?

I think you will wish for a more storage, but
that is an awesome boat house.

I'll be loving the 8ft deep pre-spawn staging area before they move up on the flat!

LOL.... no kidding, the grass is still on that side.

Mo, I had a pull down ladder rack installed so I can use the attic for misc. storage.
The big deck area is setup for a cut out when I'm ready to put the Skeeter down there. Man I'm gonna hate to lose that big space, if and when I do..

Billy,

I put one of these in a couple years ago! You will love the ease and how clean they actually keep the boat comparativly speaking!

I sized it to the pontoon but the Bass Cat will easily fit under it.

Mark those things are SWEEEEET, I wanted one real bad before Lee Knight gave me a bid... He wanted 5+K for mine.. I had to bow out on that, on principle alone.. I didn't like how he presented it. I know people that bought one for $2800.00
He has the exclusive on them for that area.. Flim-Flam.. NOPE !!
