OP CAL85 Outdoorsman Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 44 Dallas, TX	I just got a weekend trip to Port A that I can use anytime within the next year. Any suggestions on when to book a trip to get the best fishing for Reds? I would like to go early May if that is a good time. Also, any suggestions on guides? Thanks, Chris

Small "gulf" reds 25" - 30" will invade the fish passes and marshes of the barrier islands. I've had some clients catch reds for 6 straight hours and left them still biting. Good time to box a few flounder as well.
