ok guys i appreciate everyone lookin out, but its over now, done and gone, was my buddy's neighbor who pulled that one in, all i know is i am responsible for one man and thats myself what others choose to do or not do doesn't effect me, was just a FB picture that he asked me to take and post, was a fun night tho lookin to go back and sooon this cold front is beautiful.

went again today from 8am to 2pm, wind was hard most of the morning 15+ mph water was sandy and churned up...... bad day overall imo, tide was high but no reds were biting for us, 2 croaker and thats all, fished with finger mullet from miss nancys and dead shrimp.

I thinking about heading out there on the 11th to see if I can catch some reds and flounders. The kids and work schedule want allow me to fish when I want too.

about when do the reds get really heavy in the surf? i had heard some one mention a "red run" a while back anyone know what im talking about?
