Fished yesterday. Shad were hard to catch, but ended up with enough. Went down to the hole where old no wake bouy was and tore em up. Striper 7.5 Bass: 8, 6, the one just shy of sharelunker shoulda stuffed it with a surf weight. Anyway another days on the lap.

Great job! my son and I will be out there Saturday. Stop and say hello. Look for the camo Triton. Or......550 pounds of frustrated fishermen who look like they've managed to land 2-3 one pounders and are ready to strangle each other over where we SHOULD be fishing! ;-)

Geeze!! This lake is producing some great fish!! Yall need to start keeping things quite or yall are going to get real crowded real quick!
Thats a good thing for Choke Canyon though. Maybee it will alliviate some of the pressure from the San Antonio Guys now that yall got such a good lake up there close to you.

I would have if my p.o.s. b.i.l. didnt dunk my brand new camera. Besides I just tell people where I fish instead of showing them in my pics
When out this morning, slow only 2 8's guess thier getting wise to those shad.
