Motor bogs down like it not picking up gas then sucks up gas then takes off and runs good but only does this when we fill up the tank. Had the gas tank half full to a quater full last weekend and it ran great. But sometimes when it does it the fuel bulb will be rock hard like the motor is getting gas.

The gas tank might have a vacume on it, check the vent to the tank or when it dose it crack the the gas tank lid and see if you can hear air sucking.

It's just a thought !

Sounds like the start of fuel line degradation, electric pump problems or a TPS problem. Do`nt think amount of fuel in the tank should matter. How long has it been since fuel filter was changed?
