Leave him at the boat ramp.

Seriously, you have to just keep throwing it will come back around.

I stay in a rut through most of the summer months....I just thank our good Lord for giving me the ability to get up in the mornings and go fish. Fall will be here soon. thumb

Fall is already here.Shad are moving into the creeks and the fish aren't far behind.

Water temps are dropping and nights are longer.

Had me some pretty good action going on Ray Hubbard today in the backs of creeks.Water in the am was 77.Later in the afternoon water temp was 79.Balls of shad everywhere.

Slow Down...I tend to find myself being impatient and as i slow everything down things fall back into place.

+100 For both of these. Time to try a new lake (even if it's a further drive), go back to the basics, and slow down. For me exploring a new lake is really refreshing and adds excitement. That makes you rethink your gameplan the night before, and it may even get you to blow the dust off of some of your baits that haven't been touched in a while.
