Slow. Teambigstick weighed I think 3 for 7 plus lbs and took home top money (congrats). Bassinbiker took big fish with a 4.6. About 10 folks were out there. I'll be out there again this eve. Gonna make it JR?

A fellow came up and talked to me after I parked and started packing up my tackle...
Said he caught a 7 pounder up the river on a purple worm, and that he wasn't in the tourney.
I guess the purple worm rules?
Anyone see any whites schooling?
I found one small bunch just ?east? of the "island". Didn't stay up long...
The older man with the trailer by the boat dock, said he was catching nice cats there.
I guess that's my fishing report for Buttes.
My first one..lol
