Only one word needed.....SLOW! grin

I ran the 1st group for the free trip offer that i ran for Ken @ http://youthinthewild.com . Had fellow TFFers...Sliding By, Lonestar, and MR & Mrs Hideandseekfish. It was slow, of course the infamous yellows showed up. Dink sandies too.

You can lay the blame to..
1) full moon bang
2) post front conditions bang
3) blue bird skies bang
4) NW winds up to 25mph bang

Or just blame it on me rolfmao It was tough with the wind, limited me on a few spots, but i really dont think it mattered much. All i can say about the good side of the trip was good conversation, meeting fellow TFFers. And i guess a bad day of fishing beats a good day at work.

Although we did manage to boat a few crappie by accident, with 1 being a dang nice slab. Fish were caught drifting ledges with Mark parker specials and Haymakers from www.TNTslabs.com

Kerry,

Thanks for the trip. We knew it was going to be tough. Crappie on 1.5oz slabs, go figure. By the way, I can't believe you were going to cut the bracket off of the trolling motor. Sorry, but I couldn't let you do it.

Jason

Way too nice of a piece of equipment to be craving on it. Save those skills for turkey day!

Great trip Kerry!
Yeah, you did all the work and donated your time to boot!
If it had been one of those days where anything worked, I wouldn't have learned as much about techniques and reading electronics.

I'm thankful for that lemonade.

Malic, just to let you know we were using your flies above the slabs on a pole, and even though it was a slow day Mrs.Hideandseekfish managed doubles of the pesky yellows. grin
