Scott Bridgess has once again shown his generosity by Lodging and Guiding 5 of our wounded Heros from Fort Hood, this last weekend. I brought 5 Soldiers from my program at Fort Hood to Texoma for a weekend of Fishing and relaxation. We fished Saturday evening and Sunday morning, the Heros got to catch a few stripers and cast several different fly rod set ups. Also, due to the HOT weather and low wind speeds, they got to see all the nice water crafts that High Port area can generate. All in all another great Texoma trip for "Project Healing Waters". I need to thank the "Jalapeno Tree" in Denison for feeding all of us Saturday at Lunch and thanks to "The Island Bar and Grill" at High Port for feeding the Soldiers lunch on Sunday. These are very nice folks and great food. I don't want to forget to Thank again the "Fort Worth Flyfishers" for their help, your funding has help make this and the other 10 fishing trips across the State this year, happen. Scott, I'll email you some pics and maybe you can get them posted for me. Anybody wanting more info on "Project Healing Waters" either the Fort Hood program or others, please call me anytime. 254 386 6170. Thanks guys.

Bill, great job on having a party for the troops. and you couldn't ask for better help than scott. i am glad we could help out, and if you ever need anything from our club, count us in. it would be really cool, if we could all get together and have one big weekend together!!! teaching guys casting, tying, and just hanging out. call me bill, if you need anything.

thanks for the recognition, and if you need funding again sometime, give us a call. maybe next may, you guys can support us for our auction. that is where most of our funding comes from!!
