Hey Tffr's, I have been expirementing with a new concept of filming the guide trips for the clients to help preserve the memory of their trip, here is some segments from some of those trips. It has been tough learning to shoot from a point of veiw camara but i think I finally am getting the hang of it. It has been cool working with it as it frees my hands to fish or help clients. The red thing in the corner is my hat.




Fishing is getting better by the week I am very excited for the fall fishing as the amount of baitfish I have seen over the past two weeks is unbelievable. once it kicks in I think people are going to be suprised to see the amistad of past even with the high water I too am seeing a better increase in steady numbers rather than spottie we have had 15 to 25 over this last week no big fish last week made it to the boat but there was one chance. most have been between 2 to 4lbs

Thanks Guys, I have a new found respect for guys like Casey and Stephen who are also editing videos, cause editing is no joke especially for a redneck like me. but I am very excited to edit some more and put them up as well so keep your eyes out I still have alot of good footage stored on the hard drive!

I think the best thing is the ability to preserve the memory for the client as well as the lessons learned while on the water with me, it seems to make it easier for them to go back and recall the info.

Thinking about a making a trip to Amastad the first week in Novmeber. Is this a good time? What pattern are they in that time of year? Any help would be great.

wannafish, November is a great time to fish the big blue, the water will be cooler but not cold, usually in November depending on the fall I am usually targeting shallow fish from 15ft and shallower. depending on the grass wether it is still green or not I will fish the sparse stuff with weightless senkos and the thicker stuff with spro frogs, and of course my two favorite fall patterns are the jerkbait bite in 15ft over the trees and grass and flipping a jig along secondary points and bends in the bigger creeks. As your trip gets closer please feel free to give me a call and I will let you know what there doing right then, South Texas weather somtimes has a mind of its own.

Just made reservations for Nov. 6ht for three nights at the Anglers lodge.
