If you are just bored to tears then go to the show, but in the past few years, 4 that I have been, the selection of fishing boats has been poor to say the least. I live in the Fort, but I go to the Dallas boat show, it is far better. Maybe they will have more then pontoon, deckboats and ski boats at the show this year. Please tell me as I will not be going. Got to run to south texas and shoot a 150 to 160 class 10 pt that qualifies as a cull buck

I agree with Steve. Dallas is much better as far as the size and selection of fishing rigs. However Kneal if you have the time you should consider going to the Houston show. If you are in the market for a bay boat, just about every one on the market will be represented (at least they were last year). Scout, key west, seapro, triton, skeeter, blazer bay, kenner, bluewave etc.. But Houston won't have 1/2 the bassboats as the Dallas show, if that is what you are after. http://www.houstonboatshows.com/

Steve and Greg, I was afraid of the very thing you were talking about when I was walking to my car yesterday and saw a line-up full of trucks pulling ski boats waiting to turn into the convention center parking lot. I'm not really bored (ok I am), just work directly across the street from convention center and real curious about what they "show". Going to go during lunch and walk around. I've never been to a boat show, so this will "warm me up" for the Dallas show. Thanks for all your input.
