Anybody been to the Brazos above whitney lately? Just wondered is the whites are starting to stage in the deep holes getting ready to make their run in a couple of weeks.

I went by there the other day and I did not see much action. When they get started you will see many vehicles all over the sides of the road. I think it should be heating up in the next week or two.

look for the cars off 933 out of Blum at Rock Creek.. you park on the South side of road and walk down to the Nolan, then go to the West or right and go up on a trail, you will see folks fishing, where the rocks are and further up to the old railroad trussel, not sure what water is like at the RR but if it is up that is a great place, but a long way to carry them out.. ------------------ bradbury@texasfishingforum.com
