 where to do some Crappie Fishing?

I would like to take my daughter Crappie fishing at a nearby lake maybe on Sunday. Are they biting anywhere or has the rain messed all that up? I haven't done much Crappie fishing so any advice is welcome. Thanks, Chris

Pretty much everything east of DFW didn't get a lot of rain.

CC is still over 1.5' low, Palestine - 1.3' low, RC - .75' low. Lots of good water to fish in the East.

aquilla is still about 5 to 6 ft. high. I got 31 keepers tonight.
{FRIDAY} the 17th. it is 5:30a.m. and i've been home for an hour.
so, all in all it was a good night.
