I have to find some new hybrid spots soon or I'm gonna take up golf!

I've heard about an area in front of a "pink house" at Walden that holds a lot of hybrids. Can anybody out there elaborate?

Thanks,

Brad

Robert,

I haven't touched a drop today (I swear) and I've been in the AC all day. I remeber reading a post on the WMI board a couple of years ago about jigging for hybrids on a hump in the Walden area near a pink house. I'm always in search of another hump (fishing spot).

Man that last sentence just about went right over my head and then it hit me. Fishing, lies and humor. They all go together.

I don't know about a pink house but there is a hump/point in Waldon cove past the high wires. If you see a house that has a barn type roof line on the right it is off of that point. The water in that small cove is about 14-15 feet deep and then it comes up to around 7-8 feet before it drops off to 19 feet in the middle of the main part of the cove.

I caught several there earlier this spring while fishing for whites and hybids. The hybrids seemed to be active the last hour of daylight. I would catch whites only it seemed until late in the day.

Good luck.

Striper Steve,

Where were you Saturday? the fish were biting pretty good. I might be up there this afternoon if I can sneak out and the wind isn't too bad.
