Sunday the 5th of Sept, I was unfortunate enough to hit a stump in the boat lane(Dale Creek)doing about 40 mph. When we got back to the boat ramp we immediately noticed visible damage to the fiberglass area on the rear pad of our Skeeter ZX 225. We also noticed a vibration when we tried to get on plane. On Monday the 6th, Labor Day, I called Bob Luellen (World Wide Marine) and left a message for him. I also called American Modern Insurance and started a claim.

On Tuesday, I spoke with Bob via telephone and he advised me to take the boat to whatever place I felt comfortable taking it to get it worked on. I have great luck with Rockwall Marine, so on Wednesday the 7th I dropped the boat off. By the time I got there, Bob had already called and spoke with Tommy Yetts. I had spoken with Bob about wanting to fish the Mad Dog Moore bass tournament that was on the 11th at Fork. By Thursday the 8th, the adjuster had been out, written a estimate, cut a check and work was already started on the motor. ( I bent the prop shaft) I picked the boat up on Friday morning and fished the tourney on Sat.

NOW, that is great customer service. I am taking the boat back on Wed to get the fiberglass fixed. So thank you Bob Luellen, Tommy Yetts (who fished the tourney also, and my adjuster David Flanagan!!!!
