I have did some day trips this week and fishing has been good.Fishing creeks and main lake points with topwater,rattle-traps,texas-rig and wacky worm. I will put the boat in about 10 to 12ft of water and cast to the grass, Some of the fish are on the move going to the back of the coves and the creeks but some fish live in deep water so road beds humps and points are where they will go to.


The night fishing this week has been good to.I will move up at night to 8ft and less on main lake points and some coves just stay in the grass and the two baits is still working is the wacky worm and texas rig. .Night fishing it is cooler and you have the hoIe lake to your self.

When you have been a guide on lake fork for 25 years.You know were the fish are,But sometimes they won't bite so you head to a diffent hole and keep looking for the fish that will bite.
