Wow was it HOT after lunch out there today!

We never caught so many dinks today.
Hope we find 7 bigguns this Fri-Sat for the TSCC.

PS, Hey Donny, sorry for running over your markers today.
Really didn't mean to and No we didn't mark your spot.
It was Ernest's #38 that he gave us from that CAT meeting.
Hope you liked the submerged tree we saw just east of there.
It looked great on the graph. We won't be in that area during the Championship.

Well, not as clear as before the monsoon, but not too bad.
We were hitting the Cor Brush Piles. Usually you can get all the keepers (not tourny size) you want on them but not yesterday. You can find the coords for most of them on any good map. Most of them are in the middle of the lake so the wind makes a big difference when trying to fish them.

We caught all of ours on the windy side of the lake, lol.I could not tie up to some of my spots for their under water now,did scout some new spots that produced nicely though.I love finding new spots, all the biters were in less than 32'but they would not bite in less than 28',most of my real good spots are now in 35-38' and only a couple of dumb bitten fish were on them.As far as water clarity, not too much of a change up here.Only had three bites on the jig, another minner day on the Ray Bob.Oh yeah, caught a huge cat that I thought was a stump, tossed him back.

Roger on the hot at RR yesterday. Did not have much luck, some dinks and one good keeper. Most bites were on minnows. Had two grandkids, so we beached at Wolf Island and explored. They can now say they have climbed to the top of Wolf Island.

If we concentrated on the really important stuff in life,
there'd be a shortage of fishing poles

Went to Ray Bob this morning. We caught 2 good size cats and a drum off Sand Bass flats before going into the timbered cove NE of Cates point. Only managed a to catch a few small blacks before we had to go in.
It sure was windy out there today.
