about a month ago i was down at brauning lake about 9pm and saw a 26 ft bay boat at the dock pulling away , this boats had a string of green light install all around the boat just under the lip of the boat , this has to be a custom job for night fishing, just asking if anyone knows of anyone that can do this ?

They can replace your rub rail and install a new one with the LED lights.

Seeing lots of LEDs lately. I have some and love them! I wonder what the laws are for colors that interfere with port and starboard lights?

Interfere... against the law.

There's a difference between interfering and co-existing.

Also, port and starboard (running) lights don't have to be on while anchored. Most of the LED systems are on command, so they are usually only turned on while at anchor or at least not mobile.
