My experience with crappie and fresh muddy water has not been good. I'm going to let the lake settle back down before going.

i have a date with a set of triumph tr7 carbs, i let the carbs soak for 6 to 8 hours each, so i should find some time to wet a hook sometime this weekend. so hows the new electronics treating you flipp, have you got past the learning curve on that sidescan?

Red and I went to LL last night and fished for a couple of hours and we had 4 keepers and 4 shorts. We couldn't keep the small green lipped trash fish off of the rocky tops.
It was hard to fish directly below the boat from the current moving water south in the lake.
Anyway still a good time.

I am headed back to Hugo. Not as much rain up thatta away, lake is about the same.

Yep, it has been slow the last 3 days and today was worse than the last 2. May try again tomorrow. Don't know if I wont to put up with all the crowds tomorrow.
