Does anybody have an opinion about these refurbished Minn Kota trolling motors that they offer? They come with a 1 year warranty. Thanks for your help.

Are they on Cabelas web site. I went and looked at new tm's yesterday. Talk about sticker shock.

I have had 3 and two of my friends have them and I am the only one that has ever had an issue. It was a pedal in the foot switch shorted out after fishing an all nite tournament in a downpour. It was fixed under warranty and never any question. I would not hesitate to save myself some big money and by another one.
I say do it!
