Either that is a GIANT plate or there was a lot of lobster meat lost between the pot and the plate.

Either that is a GIANT plate or there was a lot of lobster meat lost between the pot and the plate. Its a regular restaurant serving plate. Made 4 of those plates out of 1 claw and whole tail. I have mid section (body), joints (or knuckles), Legs, guts (yellow part) and blood (clear part) in the freezer. I am going to make a lobster broth for some lobster bisque and a szichuan style stir fry lobster.
