 carburetor kit?

my motor bogs down after half throttle been having a problems for awhile with fuel so i replaced the tank and every fitting and hose all the way to the carb and cleaned the carb pretty good i eliminated all my problems but now it bogs down after half throttle which i didnt have this problem before looking for any insight on this was thinking a carb kit but dont know for sure plz help
