Went on Saturday. We tried main lake points with cranks t- rigs and c-rigs. Nothing. Found some humps, tried same things, nothing. Finally went up shallow on some grass, one keeper 3 lbs. Eight hours fishing and one keeper, what gives? Any help would be appreciated.

it is a hard lake to figure out... We fished it in the spring in our club and people were not catching anything in practice. Weekend of the T winners brought in a 30 lb sack on day 1. Strange lake

Those trees on the other side of the bridge, held a couple fish for us rather slow bite though something with a slow fall. THey seem to be suspended. Also the the lil point/ right just around the corner from the marina near(forgot name) caught a couple C-rigging the point and up down the bank. May have been roamers as that bite bite was also slow.

Thanks for the tidbit. It is a small club tourny and just finding a tough bite.

There isn't any grass on the flats yet. Since you are not very familiar with the lake stick to shakey heads around main lake docks. Should be a good for bites most of the day. PM me and I will tell you where you can definately catch a few very early.

I also have a club tourney in a few weeks there....went down Sunday...1 keeper in about 7 hrs fishing.....if anyone has some secrets to this lake they would not mind sharing please send me a PM...this is our last tourney of the season and it looks like it's going to be tough...
