It is nice, but a little pricey for me. I just had to put new stearing cables in mine and the hydrolic streering was too much for a 10 year old boat.

Have seen some good buys on Sea Star pro systems on Screamandfly.com like 600.00 for complete system with hoses (new) One of the best things you can do to your boat. Sea Star also has a good web site for installation help. Have installed them by my self, no problem. Good Luck

Don't know how big a 295 charger is, or how rough water you fish, but with my 21'6" Key West, when Texoma gets mean and nasty(not uncommon), I would not put in without my Sea Star system. I did have to bleed it a while back and man was it a bear to handle even in mirror smooth water until I did. The only downside to power steering. If you put it on, it's got to work, or you better have your arms beefed up good.

price would depend on what size motor you got, very easy to install and way worth the price.

My Charger is 19'6" with a beefed up 150. This boat is heavy for a bass boat. Great in rough water.

Highly recommended. I did it on my charger and love it. I have a 200 on my 19-6 and it rides heavy just like yours. I have never regreted adding it.

I have a 21ft Skeeter with a VMax 200 on it and I am looking into getting the Sea Star system installed. BPS's price is just over a grand. Gonna checkout that screamandfly mentioned above. I have traded email with Mr Bristow at N Texas Fiberglass (on TFF) and he installs steering systems. He has a great Rep on here and when I get the system I want him to do the work on it.
