Planning on going to Hubbard Creek this coming weekend. Anyone know about what depth to look for the cats at morning and night. Plan on night fishing once around the spillway and maybe in this cut we found alst time out didnt catch anything there was about 10-15 fow. Spillway about 30 may try that one in the day lots of birds over it so I bet there some big cats there. Plan on using cut drum live/cut perch and some sectret 7 and some sudden impact if I can get some ordered soon. If we catch anything maybe I will learn how to post pictures need a photobucket account though.

We will be there Labor day but I don't think I will take my fishing boat. Talked to a buddy of mine, he said to look for blues around Turkey Creek, if you find any please let me know, we go down just about every weekend.

It is actually a reservoir about 10 miles away from Breckinridge. and Fireman are you sure there is a turkey creek on that reservoirI have never heard of it before will look it up? Alot of people mistake this lake for ray hubbard when I talk about it.

Also just thought about somewhere else I may try if the lake is full enough but will work if its shallow. I remember 2-3 little islands when the lake was about 15 foot low over near the bridge and will fish around those or over them if under water for some cats day or night I remember it bieng a really big hump to hopefully our depth finder will be working this time so we can find it. Also may try around the bridge pilings should we just fish straight down there or cast out just a little bit?
