OMG Bacon wrapped gizzard are to die for. Wrap gizzard in bacon spear with toothpic to hold bacon put in cookie pan, oven at 350-400 for around 30-45 minutes

There is a small place in Wichita Falls that deep fries gizzards and livers and they will ask if you want them dipped. They will dip them in pickled jalapeno juice. Chicken Shack! UMMM UMMM Good! Kentucky Fried Chicken used to sell them and they were the best and tender!
