any carp at the spillway near pizzahut, and salt grass?
if so what side do i need to be on, near pizzahut, or saltgrass?
i am going to try to get out there this evening.

If it's got water year round, and it's in Texas, odds are it has carp in it, lol.

I put in about 40 hous at LBL, and 35 hours at Emma Long before I had "Tremendous Success" (there's a throwback for ya) at either location.
My experience at that Saltgrass is that it is Turtle City. I caught what, at the time, was aPB Softshell. That was about 5 years ago though.

I fished Saltgrass 2 times with nothing but snags to show for it,I don't think carp are in there but I could be wrong.
PB Common = 36-8
PB Buffalo = 62-8
PB Mirror (fully scaled) 13-0
PB Flat Head Catfish = 44

I wouldn't doubt that Cap are in there- I had heard that some water body upstream had been drained, and I was told that there were guys kicking Carp and Buffalo across the street down into that pond. I haven't seen anything come from there, and I know it's spiked curiosity for quite a few of us.

i got nothing yesterday! no carp, no bass.
i did see a big turtle though!
