I am going to go after work tomorrow. Where is a good spot to setup. What are some lures that work well out there?
I posted in the bank fishing section, but I figured I could get some good feeback from you guys as well.

I just left there and aint been
in months. The reeds are tall as ----
and it limits where you can fish.

The far back end on railroad track side
(where theyre doing construction) is
usually good but we didnt get anything.

Get on last point and chunk far as possible.
Throw across point to ur right too. Almost always
guaranteed there but it is fishing...

If you wanna learn to fish a jig
go down there in the spring, itll give
you all the confidence on the world.

Professional Lake Echo Guide. :\

Where is Echo Lake? I know Lake Echo is just outside of Brownsboro but it is a private lake and nowhere near a railroad track. There is a landing stip LOL but it is not on the lake.

I fish Echo Lake quite often and there are still some solid toads in that lake. I wish it would clear back up cause it is getting time for the fall feed out there and it is a blast to catch 5 and 6lb schoolers...

Echo lake(more of a pond full of dope heads) is in the south side of FW kinda near Berry & I35 Como lake is in Como kinda in the west side of FW. Both are in pretty shady parts of FW.

Yes it's rough on that part of town but I have fished it plenty with no issues. I put my pond hopper in there one night. At about 5 am a cop was looking in my truck so I went to him. He said he wouldn't be put out there if he didn't have to be. The best spot is a rock pile in the corner of the dam side and the track side. Try a jighead fluke and a flick-shake senko. There are some pallets and a couple of barrels that hold fish too. The cat tails do limit you but it's killer from a boat.

Bass fishing is like a 30,000 acre golf course with no flags and five holes you can't see- Tim
