My oldest son just moved to the Kingsville/Corpus area and is buying a boat to mainly fish Baffin Bay (Reds mainly some Specs).
I'm sure he going to tear up that boat learning Baffin, but what is the best Nav Card for that area?

Best map I have found is the basemap of a Garmin, but there are tons of uncharted rocks down there. I guide down in Baffin and if he needs someone to show him around, I'd be glad to help...

There are some good guides that fish Baffin Bay - just Google them ..... most of the real good ones have a web site nowday's.
I recomend Jay Watkins: http://www.jaywatkins.com/
I can also recommend who to stay away from if you need that information...

Jay is an excellent guide and a very good friend of mine. He knows Baffin well and if I can't help you out, he'd be another great option...
Kevin Cochran, Aubrey Black, or David Rowsey would also be good choices as all of them are known for fishing Baffin...

85 MPH - I have called you several times and answered your PM.
Are you still in business ?
You don't seem like a very friendly or courteous guide from your posts here.

You don't seem like a very friendly or courteous guide from your posts here. Yes I am in business, just not going to do any with you. Maybe you should quit bothering me with phone calls and find someone else to take you fishing....

Take a look at the Navionics Gold and the new Navionics Fish N Chip. The Gold will show all the navigational icons as well as all the rocks and wrecks. The brand new Fish N Chip will show bottom contours that no other chart has.

The brand new Fish N Chip will show bottom contours that no other chart has. if you cant catch fish off the structure on one of these maps, you need to stay off the water I have seen the gold chip and it shows a TON of useful information! I wouldn't go offshore without one of these maps! period. I am going to try and take a peek at the fish n chip next time I go into a basspro, hopefully they have one for display. just in case some of yall didnt know, most of the bass pro shops have demo chips you can play with at thier marine counter. really opens your eyes to what is on the chips.

Guys I dont frequent this site much because of some of you fussing over this or that. Keep your $4hit to yourself unless its about fishing.
I dont share much info on this site because you guys annoy me. Its prob not right but I just cant seem to give up my hard earned knowledge to money hungry guides.
I could be wrong.
