WITH GRASS: Lake Record Bass, 15.12 27.80 4/3/86


NO GRASS:

TOURNAMENT RESULTS FOR 8-19-10
WE HAD 33 ANGLERS SHOW UP AND ONE FISH WEIGHED IN. FIRST PLACE AND HALF THE SECOND PLACE MONEY WITH A 4.67 POUND BASS. He RECEIVED HALF THE SECOND PLACE MONEY AS A BONUS FOR BEING THE ONLY ANGLER ABLE TO BOAT A FISH BIGGER THAN 18 INCHES

Jacksonville for sure. I haven't caught an 18" fish since March 2009. Lots of smaller ones since. A 10.2 in March 2008. Quite a shame.

They put it in a pot for an end of the year tournament I think. It said it was in the rules. The lake is in sad shape.

There was a 10lb bass caught in that Thursday Night tournament this year. They need to lower that 18" minimum to 14"

I hate to see the lake go down, that was an incredible lake a few years ago. I wish it would come back
