Does anyone have a fishing report on Reimer's?

I heard the water is low, and the fish are not there yet.

Any response is appreciated.

I have not been there either this year. With the park now a county park does anyone know if the dirt road is still the same? I may call the park dept and ask them for an update. May need to find another place to fish soon. juggle

Went out to Reimers with the kiddo just to see what it was like as a county park. Bring your hikin' boots. You have to walk way down-river to get to where the fish are (or will be). They were not up that far when I went out 2 weeks ago.

Plenty of wardens there too, so have your license ready.

Can you still hand launch a small boat there?
Thanks.

I went to Reimers on Tuesday. No way you could put a boat in. The river is down to a trickle in some places, but their are some holes of water big enough to hold fish. Be prepared to walk several miles down river to find any decent looking water. I ended up catching 1 white, 1 crappie, and several small black bass.
