Has anyone idled up Denton creek lately? what distance is it to the 377 bridge from the boat ramp at the upper creek area of grapevine. I have a 18.5 champion & windering if it is too much to take up there.. I do not mind using the trolling motor but would like to idle up.. Any info on recent fishing success appreciated.. i am starting to see the cars along 377 & wonder when it will hit..

People take bass boats up Denton Creek all the time. Just watch it there are quite a few boat killers(stumps) up there. I have seen people that know the creek go up it pretty quick. If you go past 377 watch out after the second or third turn there is a concrete wall just under the water.
