The wife and I finly got a chance to take our 3 yr old grand daughter out fishing late Saturday evening  . We only fished for about an hour but boy was it fun. This was the first time she has been in a boat and to catch her first fish. She caught 7 crappie on her first trip so now she thinks she can take over my boat  . This was a great memory for us and I hope you enjoy some of the pics. Cliff Crappie Princess reeling in her first crappie.  Her first crappie  She caught this one on her own.  I think I am in trouble .  Yep she has taken over the boat  .  Every kids favorite thing. Playing with the bait.

Great stuff, Cliff. I've got one that's almost 3 and I'll really be looking to get her out next year. Hopefully I can learn how to fish w/ minnows by then.
 I don't live for the thump, but I sure do like it.

Dang, Cliff she hasn't replaced me for the state torunament has she? Great stuff for sure, mine just turned 4 and she can get em if I can keep her out of the minnow bucket.

Put 3 or 4 minnows in a livewell and give em a net and they will sit there for hours playing with them.
