105 feet deep. 27 blues and channels (and 2 gaspergou for kicks). We left them biting (son and I).

We were suspended 90 feet above the water, that might have added some. It was Lake Travis, gets to 160 according to my sonar, and probably more in certain areas. Nothing at 90, nothing at 95, nothing at 110, nothing at 120, but at 100-106, all you can take.

nice mess o fish....you kept a drum, you eat them/? I don't eat the drum, they are not bad to eat, but I keep them for cut bait.

was it 90 feet above the water or 90 feet above the bottom I was actually 105 feet above the bottom. The fish were caught just off the bottom. I was making a joke.

TFTR... If you poke a hole in the spot on the side of the head above the side fin... It will let the air out of there belly... Hitting LT tomorrow night...

Sounds like a lot of fun! Unfortunately all the lakes around me don't get much deeper then 30ft.

That's how I get them all in the cooler I don't have the needle used for snapper, but I used my fillet knife. I wouldn't do that to one I was going to release. We caught 25 more Saturday at the same depth. Night hasn't been too good for me, always best when it's too hot to be out there.
