I was at the public ramp today under the 360 bridge and saw a sign that read "pay booth site"
I'm curious, anyone know what thats for?
Are they going to start charging to launch there, or is that for a tournament?

Thanks for looking.

The commissioners court approved a ramp fee of $10.00 that was originally to have gone into effect on Oct. 1, 2003. It was approved because no one voiced any opposition to the fee. The only funny thing was that no one knew about it, or the meeting. Don't think most people even knew this was county property.

Sad but true...$10 to avoid the jet skiers and wake makers. Never really liked that strech of river anyways. Go to Town Lake in a small craft for free. Better fishing IMHO.
