They make a few. If you're referring to the Mettle, do a search. It's been highly discussed. General concensus is the Mettle is the best baitcaster at that price point ($49). There is a high speed version called the Menace also at that price (ask for the green one, black one is twice the price).
The only thing dumber than a fish is a fisherman.

i have 2 of them, love them. haven't had any problems with at all. caught my personal best using them which was a 6lb 4oz black bass out of lake buchanan. i haven't every heard anything bad about them. wish you the best of luck which ever reel you decide to purchase.

Have about 12 of them they are awesome and the best part about them is if something goes wrong with them academy will take them back and give you a new one no questions asked !!!!!!

I bought a Mettle for worming yesterday and must say it is a great reel for the price. As mentioned, you can't beat the warranty.

Check the sales at Academy. I got a Mettle for 24.99. It is better than any other 50-100 dollar reel. I should have bought ten.

The mettles are the only good ones the handles come off the other ones

i have the manic caught my 3 lmb yesterday with it worked awesome and can cast much lighter lures than the abu black max. also has a metal handle that hasnt had any issues yet i kept my wrench just in case
