Big Sam is 45 minutes away if you really have to go some where else.

Very low taxes, nice people and a Wal Mart in 4 directions away.

Well said! Plus the Walmart in Many, LA is always good for entertainment. Someone pointed out the lack of specialty medical care in Jasper. It's the same way here, however Nacogdoches and Lufkin both have great medical facilities.
