I dunno about Rudy's but I'll guarantee you the worst BBQ in the south is at Jerry Mikeska's BBQ on I-10 in Columbus, TX. I wouldn't feed that carp to a dog!

IMO there are only 2 Rudys that are good. The Original Rudys in Leon Valley is by far the best, but the one in New Braunfels comes in a real close 2nd. The one in Selma is garbage, do not eat there.

The Original Rudys in Leon Valley is by far the best +1.. Years ago..I saw a sign saying the worst bbq and had to try it. I was met by "Doc" Holliday (RIP) who recognized me as a newbie so he started with the samples.

Coopers, Coopers, Coopers!. Coopers Bar B.Q. is the best. They have em in New Braunfels, Llano, and Ft.Worth. Fantastic beef ribs.
