WHERE ARE THE LIGHTS?
I drove by there today and was shocked to see there weren't any lights mounted. Are there going to be lights when the pier is opened, or will the lights come later? I was told by a guy who works at a bait shop that there were lights, but not on pedestals. I think they are attached some how or another to the pier, then shine in the water. Can't be for certain, plus I never fished there pre-Ike.

I just called Aunt Margies bait shop on 61st and was told the pier should be open this weekend.
I'm always catch and release, except for cut bait.

Im so happy it is back, spent my summers there growing up. Drank rootbeer-floats and caught all kinds of stuff from day to day. Another Casa Del Mar trip is in order, soon!
