Calaveras striper

I went out to calaveras yesterday and for the first time i cought a striper, it was 22 in. and weighted 8 pounds and my dad caught one that was 24 in and 10 pounds. It was weird we caught both of them with shrimp, big shrimp the one they sell in heb.

Where abouts were you at Calaveras? I've been fishing that lake for years and have never caught a striper. I was starting to think they weren't in there.

I was fishing between the croppie wall and the dam at 24 feet of water. ill be heading out there tommorow night and saturday morning.
